Maybe I'm a little early for this fight, but...

In the UK, where the fight is taking place, the best price Hatton is 2/1.
Pinny are +234, betting without the draw.

You can get 1/2 Tszyu (with the draw listed) in the UK; Pinny are -254.

Does anyone have any thoughts? My English friends, quite typically, fancy Ricky Hatton, and have all backed him at 2/1 and 9/4 (+225). I assume that closer to the fight (5 June) the price on Hatton will drop in the UK, so if you like Tszyu you'll get even better than -200.

If no one responds I may have to bump this as it really will be a heck of a fight, even if there's no Americans involved.

I'm sure there are lots of opinions out there. As of right now, I like Tszyu. His training regimen is in a class by itself. I've seen/been to MANY fights where there weren't any Americans. So what? A true boxing fan doesn't give a rat's rear end about nationality. I just don't know how good of a boxer Hatton really is. Tszyu has been adjusting his internal clock to adapt to the bizarre hour the fight will take place. He is going to the UK. Can he get a fair shake there? The lunatics at the soccer matches riot if their team doesn't win. A respected member of my think tank feels Tszyu will take Ricky out inside the distance. If Ricky is in shape it could be a terrific fight. I don't know enough about Hatton to have a strong opinion.

I dont think Hatton has the one punch power to end it quick, but Tszyu does, I think we could mostly agree on that. In my mind Hatton has a good chance, and with him being younger and quicker, I think if he aviods the big Right hand bombs, he will push the pace. Thats when he will have chances to land good body shots. Ill have more to say, but Im really looking forward to this fight. This is a special fight, one of those ones that will give you goose bumps during the walk ins. That UK crowd will have to be going nuts. Reminds me of the tension before DLH-Vargas. Its gonna be a collision one way or another. I cant wait.
